Anette Heiberg Drawing has always been Anette's passion, so it's not a surprise that she chose illustration as a career. Although she was a shy child, she wanted to show the world her creations and found a way to use her artistic skills in most school projects. She worked as an in-house graphic designer for a while, before she followed her dream and began working freelance. Her whimsical characters started popping up from every sketchbook and made it clear that they wanted to become colorful illustrations in children's books. In addition to illustrating books, Anette also wants to get her own picture book stories published. She lives in Norway with her boyfriend and their crazy stuffed animals Hippo and BearRabbit.
